Rhythmic Movements
Health note and terms
Before you begin
These practices are an invitation to listen to your body, and your body has the last word. They are somatic education and practice. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace your doctor, midwife or therapist.
Please speak with a doctor or a qualified practitioner before you begin, especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, recovering from surgery, living with a pelvic or heart condition, or carrying a history of trauma. Some practices bring touch to the belly, the womb and the pelvis, and some open what has long been held.
Go slowly. If anything hurts, stop. Practise in a safe, private space, at your own pace and at your own risk.
with warmth, Anna Teresa
Terms of use
Coming. The terms of use for the library are being finalised with a lawyer. They will appear here, and you will be asked to read them, before they apply to you.
Your privacy
How your details are held is in the privacy note. When you tick that you have read this page, the library keeps a record of it: your email address, the version you read, and when. Your browser keeps a signed copy of the same tick, so it is never lost.
